No "constant" power to certain items

This is about a 2017 tundra 5.7l 4x4 crew max and a bad start. The vehicle was "jumped" backwards and blew the main fuse. That has been replaced and the truck starts and drives now, the windows work, backglass goes down, temp works ,speedo works, headlights ,taillights , ect. What is "not" working are the horn, any interior dome lights, lighter, radio, alarm {with remote} , and power locks{the power lock will not work by the switch unless the key is turned on ,and will stop working after a few min's of the key being removed. Obviously these items all should have a constant battery source. All individual fuses under hood and inside cab have been checked and are good.

Sounds like something you should take up with the Toyota Dealer, not in a 1995 and earlier 4Runner forum

Problem solved

Someone had removed the "short pin" from the relay box , thus not giving power 2 the 4 fuses. Dealers usually remove them for shipping purposes to save battery life. "on the road again!"
