No compression 94 22re help!

Same thing no compression
1986 Toyota Pickup 22 RE Motor.
Truck was running perfect..on interstate all of a sudden started to look power..and truck died. Got Front of motor torn apart to check timing chain. Look s perfect.. 12 oclock and 6 oclock. There is no compression in all 4 cylinders. Used to different screen in gauges. Got Spark. Took out spark plug and started motor..seeing spark. When trying to start motor..just sounds like the start is going and the rockers are rotating..timing chain spinning. Next step is too take off head and see whats happening there.
This really isnt making any sense why this would all of a sudden happen.
Any ideas?
