EFI relay or fuse? What side was it on, and was there any significant damage?
Somebody else will have to say whether or not the ECU is located in the same position as the trucks, which is behind the passenger side kick panel. If you crunched that area from the outside, it's possible a wire harness is pulled out, or a wire or wires are pinched and grounded or shorted out.
Unfortunately, all I can do at this point is guess.

I put it on the driver side, only significant body damage was rear quarter panel on drivers side. Oil came through the pcv valve and out my air intake, that's all cleaned up, but the fuel infectors won't fire. Yes it's te v6 efi

The CEL tells you if the ECU is getting power on not. It could be what's suggested already, or the fusible link from the battery. You can visually inspect the FL or the EFI fuse, but the relay you'll have to listen for. That is if the first two culprits have been ruled out. It'd be handy if you had a volt meter, but let's say the FL and fuse are fine. When you turn the key on, you should here the relay click. If not, then it's bad. Then again, even if it does click and you're still not getting the CEL, it could still be bad. Then you'd have to just test it with a meter or stick another one in and see what happens.

Do you have a V6 or 4 cylinder? I have an ECU for a 3VZE. I don't know much about it, other than it worked 3 to 4 years ago in a donor truck I got recently. The guy had already pulled the motor, so I couldn't test it. It has set in the truck since the last time he drove it. Since I can't guarantee it's condition, I would let it go for cheap.

Well, 1st of all, you'd have to compare the numbers on the tops of the computers.......the numbers don't match, it won't work.....
