NO Check Engine light
My 94 Pickup will not start. I have spark ,timing is set and I have fuel to the cold start injector but no check engine light. I jump the 'W' terminal to a body ground and the check engine light will come on. The manual says a ground or the computer. Any help?
The previous owners had blown some fusible links, and relays, fuses. All those have been replaced but it seems like no fuel to the injectors.

It is a 22Re. I have checked all the fuses, under the hood and in both kick panels. It can't be a fuse b/c I can ground out the 'W' terminal and the check engine light will come on.

did you check the EFI fuse and relay?
no check engine light means that the bulb is burned out or the computer is not getting any power

The motor turns over fine with plenty of spark ,no gas odor evident. I do have gas to the fuel rail but not through the injectors , checked by removing line to cold start injector.Plenty of pressure.
The manual refers to a possible ground problem from the check connector.Any idea where this ground is?
How do I check computer to see if power is reaching it?

You distributor pickup might be no good. Pull the distributor, turn the key to the run position and turn the distributor by hand. The injectors should fire as you turn it.
