New Tire Time....?
It is just about time for new rubber for the Runner. Im currently running 265/70 R16 Yokohama AT+2's wich I think look just a touch small. I am looking at 2 larger sizes in the new Yoko AT-S, 275/70 R16 and 285/75 R16. Will the 275/70 ($108.00) look plus sized or should I go all the way to the 285/75 ($126.00). Any thoughts on this? Heres a current pic for referance and a link to the newer tire from Yokohama.

Great looking rig, Clean just the way I like to see rigs. The tires on the rig now look very good, as well as having alot of meat left. Use them up, and then start looking. Again, great looking ride.

Ther one tire there is a close up of is actually new....a sidewall was punctured last fall. the rest are getting real slim on tread esp in the center. the Tires that are on it are now discontinued so I cant get them in that size anymore for a matched set and wanted to plus size slightly when it was time anyways. I figured on moving the good AT+II to the spare tire wich is REALLY old and getting 4 new ones. Just wondered what everyone thought size wise would look best...a 275/70 or a 285/75. Im not sure the 275/70 would even be visually noticeable.

LOL yea I hate that thing. When the exhaust was replaced they routed it incorrectly out the back instead of the side and I cant open the rear window when driving. Planning to replace the tip when I get around to re-routing it.

Its a KC bar I found in my buddies garage where it had been sittting for about ten years. The Can-Back is pretty water tight I get a few drops in through the holes where the roof rack would mount up. Thats about it.
