Yeah, you and everyone else! I am stuck with this yellow monkey-snot all over the floor. I want to leave the tarboards in as well. I'm actually strongly considering just painting over the adhesive.

That's a bit odd??? I don't know what that goop is/was. Wonder if the P/O used something to glue it down.

Why yes it is...a steam driven generator. You gotta build a fire under the tank that you have to fill with water. I'm going to fab up a mount so I can put it on top of my wood burner.

Swapped tires around a bit...

Put the 35's from the parts truck on the runner (no its not running) and the 33's on the pickup...

The 33's rub a bit when coming on full lock...I have to modify the bottoms of the 2wd fenders to allow for the tires to pass. Might work on it this weekend. I wanted to see how it ran with the 33's and she does ok. I'm going to run the 31's for daily running about and toss the 33's on for playing. Going to keep the 35's on the runner. I think it'll be fine with them especially after I get the 2" BJ in the front.

Ok Good news, she's a running...Seafoam to the rescue. She's running alright can't really tell if I have lost a bunch of power or not, I have 35's on now and I was running 33's. I think it's alright at least of a bit.

Went for a drive last night and she was A-ok!!! Strayed about 10 miles from the house when up to my buddies place to help him out with his computer. Had him listen to her and said "not to worry, a little tap ain't going to kill ya". 10 miles home up some big hills and she did fine even with 35's and a slushbox. I'm a happy boy!!!

Ok here's a update on the runner. As of today I have gone through 3 tanks of fuel going to change oil soon since the foam treatment. She is running nicely...the tapping has gone to the way it was when I picked her up. Showing no signs of issues from the puddle incident.

I still stay about 30 minutes from home though...

So I'm assuming I'm in the clear with her for now. Soooo With that all said, I'm back to looking to patch up some of the rust. I have to get the gate looking better and work on the back window, it's starting to really slow down going up. I think just a bit of lube will take care of that.
