New head advice

I have an 87 22re and will soon be replacing the head. I am considering buying a new head from either Apr Auto or The Speedline Group. Does anyone have any experience with these companies or any other advice?
Cheers!

http://www.engnbldr.com/ offers excellent replacement heads with a variety of options for a reasonable price.

I went with J&C Enterprises on Ebay. I got a really good deal on a new head(valves, lifters, and cam); I think I paid $200 for the head and $50 for the headgasket set.

Don't get screwed like I did though; I have an 87 4Runner that had a pre-1984 22R that had been retro'd for fuel injection.

Not saying your as ignorant as I am, just make sure you check your exhaust ports to know which engine you have FOR SURE. For all I knew I had a 22re like the engine bay stated.
