I installed new gears in the front today to match the 4.88 I put in the rear. I have a kind of interesting problem. If im in 2wd and back up, when I go forward something is binding. It popps repeatedly and surges. It only happens in 2wd. Everything works fine in 4wd. No noise, no binding. If I start in 4Hi and then switch to 2wd everything is fine. Accept now I cann't actually get the transfer case to shift into 2wd.
