Exclamation new Gauge HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

while installing my new reverse halo gauges on my 91 Surf, i ran into a issue. while placing the new speedo over the old, the needle popped off! so i called parkcity TOYOTA in Medicine Hat AB Canada, and they said it should not be a problem, so i put the needle back on and now it goes a LOT lower than just below 0 where it should be, it nw hangs out of the frame of the speedo, what the H E L * do i do now? PLEASE tell me i dont have to order new cluster! please if you have encounterd this problem, pm me with a solution.

take the needle off, put the truck in gear and while stopped with your foot on the brake put the needle on so it points to zero.
