Regardless of 22r or RE there the same exact engine from 85 up to 95 if its a laser block. I have a really good 22RE engine but I'm in WV. It has about 127,000 on it from a 94 pickup. I also have a carbed intake and weber carb that can go with it. I'm asking 600 for it all.
If I don't come up with enough money for a brand new engine and it don't sell then its going in my 93 that I just hydro locked. Lol. I do a whole of traveling from state to state so I'd really like a brand new engine for my truck.

I bet you have a 20r head on a 22re block. Pretty common thing that a lot of folks did for performance and reliability reasons... Definitely look into that before you drop $ needlessly...
