Need Some Advice upon replacing HG
Does it require me to move the camsaft in order to move the cylinder head out? On Bumpin'Yota thread it doesn't seem that he didn't have to move the camshaft and just the cylinder head to reach the head gasket? So after finishing the HG job we can easily put the cylinder head back on without adjusting the valve am I corect?

Dude, you have the WORST grammar in the English speaking world--It's almost impossible to follow what the heck you are trying to say! It's really hard to give technical advice when we don't understand what you're asking, and even if you understand what we are trying to tell you..!:pat:
There is a thread by Bumpin'Yota that has a complete blow-by-blow on his tear-down...do a search. I think that's the thread you were talking about with removing the cam sprockets, and it is very handy to have. Do you have an impact wrench? That would make things easier.

I would still recommend loosening the valves all the way up when you retorque the heads to avoid the possibility of the springs playing a role in the torque reading...
If you go down that far, don't skimp on readjusting the valves. Even if you leave the cam on loosen the valves.
TNRabbit, I can show you worse...

These motor do have springs but its under the shims so I was wondering if we really have to pull the camshaft out in order to pull that cylinder head, so I'll just check it out myself if I really need to but if I have to then I'll do it.

Unless the head bolts hold on the rocker arms too like in the 22re I'm gonna guess no, you don't need to remove the cam or move the valve adjusters.
I was afraid in my 22RE that if I didn't loosen the valve adjusters it would falsify the torque readings on the head bolts as they have to compress the valve springs when you torque them.
If yours are self-contained I wouldn't worry about them.
