Wow so anyway Ive been working on my brakes for like 2 days now HAHAHA long story...
Anyway, the caliper's pistons wont push all the way back in so I cant get my caliper with the new brakes pads on the rotor...
I c-clamped the crap out of it and its not looking good im guessing new calipers is my cure?

Absolutelly, you can pick up some rebuilt units, they are not that expensive, just shop around. Even if you get lucky and force the pistons in . Eventually they will start to stick on you and your pads will overheat and will pull to either side, believe me, been there. Replace both so you save a headache later.

Yes, definitely do both at the same time. When I got my truck the passenger side caliper was "fine" and the driver's side one was completely seized so I only replaced the one. Two weeks later, I was replacing the passenger side one because it ended up seizing as well.
