Is there some trick i'm missing here? I can't seem to get the input shaft to go in. I am severely under-equipped, trying to balance the butt end (tcase) on a jack and using straps to hold the bell end up. It seems aligned but just won't push in

 

turn the transfercase flanges maybe if you havent already tried

 

The last time i did a manual i split the t case off and stabbed just the manual and then the t case. Much easier.
