need help on rebuilding 22re

seeing if ne one can help me identifying a problem.
i just got the head off n was checkin things out wen i notice that piston 1 moves before piston 4 does at tdc. was seeing if ne one ever had this problem. wen the rod goes side to side piston 1 moves slightly up n down but piston 4 doesnt. is the rod too long? or the crank bad or bearing out of round? i never seen this before, if ne one can help me narrow down this problem i'd appreciate it...
also this is my first rebuild

Your gonna try and rebuild that 22re? you checked the the crankshaft? or maybe the piston rod itself might be bent, broke etc?
