need help with new front clip!!!

ok so recently i wrecked my 1986 4runner and its going to take a whole new front clip and ive already started working on it but drilling all these little tacks out suck any ideas how to get these dang on things out easier? any advice would be wonderful...

You can get a Colbalt drill bit that is made for drilling metal, great for rivets, spot welds. Not the tool brand Colbalt, but it is called a colbalt drill bit. The trick is high pressure with low speeds, for drilling metal. Or you can grind the tops off.
