need help on my HID

my 94 toyota pickup has the h4 conversion so i bought the h4 HID's and when i plug it in it does not go on? its not the HID's cause i tested it on my other cars and it works. it did not work so i put my regular h4 bulbs in for now. any help would be apreciated....

i checked my fuse too..also my fuse box dont have the cover so i dont know which fuse is which

with a lot HID systems, if they draw too much juice at start up or they are not getting the full 12 volts, they will either not turn on or only one will work. check your voltage at your headlights and upgrade your harness if necessary.
i also hope you atleast re-aim them or you are going to blind the crap out of on coming traffic.

okay thanks everybody for your help I got it fixed... you have to switch the plugs around
