Need help with my 95runner won't crank
Ok guys so the 95 just shut off going down the road yesterday completely quit had to tow it home
This is what the truck is doing when I turn the key to the second position, when I turn to full crank the motor will try to crank but won't start
Has anyone seen this before any thoughts?

It sounds to me that your starter is engaging but it is not grabbing the teeth on the flywheel or torque converter. Easiest thing to do would be to pull the starter and have it tested and see if the gear is extending out and engaging the teeth.
Another possiblity is that there are some missing teeth on the flywheel or converter. What you could try doing is to turn the motor a few degrees to where if there are some good teeth and see if the starter turns the motor then.
If it does crank, most likely is you have a couple of broken teeth and by you rotating the motor ( a wrench on the crankshaft) usually when the motor gets to turning, it will go by the broken teeth. But if you stop the motor and it is on the broken teeth, you will deal with the same issue. Hopefully it is the starter and not the flywheel or torque converter.
