Try checking out the clutch release bearing. It slides along the input shaft from the clutch fork pushing it. I'd try that bearing. It's located inside of the bell housing.

OP: have you tested the slave cylinder with it unbolted to see if it is working?

We need to back up here.
What prompted the changing of the Master and slave cylinders??
What brand did you go with??
If this is a hydraulic problem either you have a failure out of the box or a poor connection allowing air to be drawn into the system.
Then no matter how much you bleed it you still have air in the system causing problems.

when i replaced the slave cylinder on mine it did the same thing nothing so i took it off and looked inside it and the guts were gone where the line hooks up.nothing was in it.it was just a hull. take it off and look in the end where the line hooks up if its just a whole there then take it back and get another.

I just took mine out and had a big crack in the upper left welded up in the last week. You may have to look really close, get your head up right under the dash with a light and inspect the whole bracket. Try to depress the clutch pedal with your hand while you're under there and see if the bracket is flexing.
