Need cat back exhaust on a 94 Xrta Cab V6 4x4.

Googling isn't turning up much and ebay turned up nothing.

Anybody know a good website to pick something like this up?

Or have a diagram of what the exhaust system should like like with lengths and stuff? Maybe I could piece one together at AutoZone for a decent price.

Downey has a really nice one http://www.downeyoff-road.com/Engine...stSystems.html, but I would just go to your local exhaust shop and bite the bullet to get it done right. Thats what i finally did and ille never look back. Cost me about $230.00 for 2 inch cat back without the muffler.

 

Man... $300 for cat back on that website... Exhaust is more expensive than I thought. I'll call some locals tomorrow for quotes...

but in the meantime... anyone else have suggestions?

You could just replace what is rusted out and holey. You will need a sawzall, welder and possibly a bender. Just remember that the exhaust is not something that should be done buy cutting corners and trying to do it cheaply. Exhaust fumes in the cab are not good.

 

I can vouch for that. Previous owner has a cherry bomb installed on mine and cut the pipe short, so the exhaust on mine is right underneath the back of the cab. When I have the back window open on a nice, sunny day I get sore throats from the fumes.

 

I have a Borla catback and its held up great, you could buy a muffler and pipes from Summit Racing and put your own together!

 

I bought a catback one-piece from the dealer last year for $119.00. I figured the first one lasted 218,000 miles, why not....

 

I got the pacesetter catback for $125 and it is just fine had it on for 2 years now with no problems and it comes with a 3 year warranty
