yes headers, 1mm oversized valves, and PNP for that gain. Dont know about the exhaust though.

port, polish, oversize valves and regrind cams is a good start, but don't forget
headers & exhaust
intake side too.

Doing one without all is not effective.

I do not believe 190 & 210 are achievable without considerable work both in and outside of the engine. The 3.turd is really suffocated all thru the whole path.
They can make these claims because they know that no one can verify them. I mean who's going to go to the expense of testing an engine out of the truck (engine dyno, electronics out etc) to verify it on a $2k motor? Very expensive to test - you'll have to gut a truck to get enough stuff to run it.

Once you get it in the truck they can say 40% (or more) is eaten up the by the drivetrain.
