Talking The Mystery of the Lost Horn...

Hi Folks! Happy Sunday... Trying to figure out why I got no horn seems like I'm missing the horn relay, and perhaps the horn! Attached some photos below, as I am having trouble finding horn location and confirming that I got none (are they attached to the radiator?) Maybe it was stripped by the previous owner...
Wires that have no end...
Wires that have no end...
A starter relay, but no horn relay?

That's about where the horn would be, bolted to the core support, between the passenger headlight and the radiator.
Obviously, those red wires aren't oem. You could always hook up a voltage meter to the wires and see what happens when someone hits the horn pad on the steering wheel.

Not sure what alternative use one might have for a horn circuit. Maybe installing big, louder horns was on the agenda.
