$200+ just in silicone couplers, t-clamps, and boost piping. Lol. I'm going to a 80th birthday party today away from home, but buddy says hoping to be starting the truck tonight with belt on the supercharger. I'll keep you guys updated.

So I got it together. I'm waiting on some parts from Summit and Silicone Intakes, all should be here by the end of the week. I got the belt on and fired it up today. Dude, it sounds sick.

I took a video on a somewhat decent hand held, and I got a bunch of pictures, but I can't find my cord..ah stoner

I really want to hear this thing and see how it performs. I took the lazy route and just ended up putting a 100 shot on my 22re, lol.

I'm thinking on ordering a nitrous kit next paycheck. Really thinking about it. Depends if I spend the money on nitrous, or some new clothes

I'm waiting for him to tell us that it's also a stroker, bored to 2.6L too. It's not an engine, it's a bomb.

Nitrous and supercharged, if that thing survives it will be legendary!! I thought I was pushing the limit with my spray.

I would have no technical worries until I reached about 350hp. Thats when I'd start the second guess my cast pistons. But, I don't give a poop, I kinda want the thing to blow so I can swap my name V8 in.

You gotta remember, this truck is just a fun big kids toy. I want to go fast and fun, and no worry about beating the out of it. If it blows-o well, I'll fix it

I just got off work. I'm not gonna work on it any more tonight, it's too late. But here's what I got done today before work.

Coil moved, so the intake will fit. It was hitting on the wheel well so I had to take a hammer and dent it in a lil bit.

Got the intercooler mounted. I have to cut the piping holes this weekend, hopefully I'm getting the tool tomorrow night.

I got the coolant over flow tank off, and gotta take off the washer tank too. The intercooler piping gets in their way so I have to remount them somwhere else.

I also got a new fuse box. Mine is trash. Once I get the new box in, and finish up the supercharger, I'm going to clean the shnazz outta the engine bay. It's gonna look real nice!

I ordered my intercooler piping kit, so I can finish it up. I'm off to the junkyard to piece together an idler and tensioner setup. Once that is on, I can pipe it and it'll be done. I'm hoping engine will see boost within 2 weeks if all goes planned. Got my motor built and now 20,000 miles later I'm finally finishing it...LOL
aw man, now we don't get to see any of the problems/fixes or first hand knowledge of the build !

it would be great of him to join YT and post a build thread. i know it's a lot to ask, time consuming and all, but i'll buy a paypalsixpack along with i'm sure a few others.

Crap.

On my way to my delta house yesterday, somwhere along the drive I lost my oil filler cap, and dumped almost all my oil all over my engine bay and everywhere. Grr. There is a big tick but I'm hoping that its just my rockers bcuz its low on oil. I got a new cap so later today -I'll fill it up and check. Hopefully no engine damage. Dipstick shows empty, but pressure light never came on.
