LOL!!! I've been laughing all day about this post pic!

So, it's a crankcase air intake filter? Is that running to the pcv valve? I don't remember looking where that pipe went under the plenum.

You gotta admit though, his truck and the donkey pic have an awful lot of resemblance. LOL!

Found the leak (^^). Bad seal I believe.


Since the socket has fail, I got some reinforcement today...much stronger.


The $10.00 puller...

My harmonic balancer puller looks just like that but it's different brand, it was around $10 bucks too

Crank oil seal

That seal looks pushed out , to me that might indicate some positive crankcase pressure , I might be inclined to hook my PCV back up to help aleviate that problem if you have not done so already .

Spring come off from the seal, maybe bad installation.



Got the new seal install today, seem much stronger...

UPDATE on the leak.OCT.212007____


New OEM TOYOTA timing belt, no mark but not necessarily need it.


New water pump, diffrent propeller and seem much better then the old W/P.

If pressure pushed it out it will eventually happen again so I hope for your sake it was a faulty install

Pressure didn't blew it out, it was a bad seal I believe. The brown type seal were the recommend seal for it. So just today got it back running w/o leaking anymore. Finally no more leak, have to drive for hour to burn off the left over oil residue.
