its the master cylinder giving out .i have gone through this 2 times in the last year .replace the master cylinder and slave and save ya some heart ache.the master is allowing the fluid to bypass and not sending it to the slave.install new clutch master and slave .that should fix it .

replaced clutch master and slave. works perfect now.
