Im pretty sure he blew the head and maybe even more. just a guess help me out??

Driving home one day it was hard to start before we left. took a little and had to rev it alot. once it started white smoke and water out the exhaust.

And then so we had to get the girls home so we took them home and it lost power slower slower and bam no power died and alot of smoke and a red ass exhaust manifold.

 

pull the spark plugs- if they're wet with coolant... guess you were right.
if they're not, compression check time
oh and there's probably a plugged converter in there now too.
