Post Motor installation

I am going to rebuilding or replacing my engine. i will be taking it out doing the rebuild or swap by myself. what are some important things i should know before i start?

Well you could do 3.4 swap or you could build up the 3.0. What is your budget?

just make sure you label every thing and take some pictures .... also if you have money for headers i would get a set
