Hey everyone. I've got a 1991 4Runner SR5 Auto that I bought used with 179,000 miles on it. Its been running ok for a while but recently it has developed a pretty bad coolant leak and over time it starts to overheat at idle. I was thinking it could be the water pump failing? What would some symptoms be of a failing water pump? Also on cold starts its very difficult to start up. I have to usually give it some gas to keep it from stalling. I pulled the codes from the check engine light and got codes 12 and 22 if that helps. Thanks for any advice.
