manual tranny swap

i was thinking of this swap but i have a few questions as in what tranny is best to use. the r150 or the w56?(any more idk about?) and which ones will bolt straight up?

i have researched and not found much of anything on here any info would be appreciated guys thanks

I'm guessing that's because it's for the v6 specifically?

Yea, that's the only manual tranny that'll work with the v6

Thanks guys this is some good info Im mechanically inclined just don't know alot about Toyota trannys and btw does anyone know if my chain driven tcase would bolt onto that tranny??

Ok this was relatively quick lol but what about my stock cross member I've heard some people say it'll mount right up and I've heard some people say it won't and also the driveshaft issue I heard you have to lengthen/ shorten them but I've also heard from some people that you don't Any help on this ? Thanks guys
