I like the seats!! I would have loved to have modded something to fit mine like you did but I couldn't find any that were worth what they wanted.

I ended up buying a set of SR5 jump seats from a 93 4runner for 400$. No mods and they'll drop right in and they have all the lumbar/side skirt/lower skirt adjustments.

I'll post pics when I get them in just so I'm not so jealous of yours.

haha thanks! You couldn't find any in your local junkyard, these were only 50 bucks! The driver seat has an adjustment for the bottom to go up and down, idk what that's called lol

If you coat that (cross) member with KY, it'll slide better.

That right there is the reason I went with a Budbuilt plate shortly after I started wheeling. I had already installed the bumpers/lift/shocks/tires/locker etc and my first wheeling trip I slammed the factory cross member so hard that I tasted blood in my mouth. That thing is indeed an anchor!!!

Dang that sucks about the junkyards, I guess I'm spoiled in CA with no rust And I had the same thing happen to me, I was on Fordyce and everything was goin great till woops....I'm high centered....then again....then again....oh and again all because the damn crossmember, you shoulda seen that thing when I pulled it off, it was all mangled and pretty sad looking.

If you're really into wheelin, one of these high clearance crossmembers is well worth the money, you won't be disappointed! I'd of gone with a budbuilt single case crossmember, but I'm plannin on goin duals here somewhat soon so I just figured to do it right the first time and make it work for me
