lug nut help?

So i recently bought set of new tires on 4runner alloys from a friend and was running steel wheels previously and used my old lug nuts with the wheels for a very short time not knowing they require a specific lug nut for the alloys. Im going to order the proper lug nuts but wanted everyones opinion. They seem to have left a little burr from running the wrong lug nuts, would you use the new ones that have a flat seat and tighten them up to flatten the burrs and re tighten frequently for a while or try to take them somewhere to have the burs fixed somehow. Not sure if i totally fubared the wheels. The holes are not eggshaped or anything but the burrs are noticeable.

Thanks i know that now but my question was about the burrs on the wheels. I rephrased my post it was kind of confusing how i asked it.

That bevel to the edge of the hole from the acorn nut won't impact the lug nut with the flat washer. The mark from the acorn nut is pretty minor. Man, lucky you didn't crack the aluminum when you were tightening.

One of my 4R rims is like that, I tighten the lug nuts to the FSM specifications and I re-check them every 1000 miles aprox.
