Were I lowering my 91, first thing I would do is go for uprated torsion bars for the front, probably sway-away 1636 or 31636 (more likely), then lower the front by relaxing the bars and installing appropriate shocks with jounce cushions.
For the rear... appropriate blocks and shocks to settle the stance would suffice.
But if you want to dump it to the ground, don't ask me.
