Putting motor back after doing head/timing chain job. The wire in question comes out of the harness around #3 & #4 injector plugs at fuel rail. It is thick with three brown wires and has an eye conector for a bolt to mount through. I labeled it, but the tape to it's buddy must have come off over the past month since starting. Thanks, would post pic but camera is a pain right now.

 

Im guessing here, but it sounds like it might be a ground wire that bolts to the intake ?.

 

The camera might be a pain, but so is a motor you can't put together. Help us help you. A picture will make it easy to say for sure. If it just has an eyelet at the end it's probably a ground.

Yeah, thats it. I found some old photos from when I replaced the harness last year and it's the ground wire to the intake. -Thanks guys

 

One other wire is a 7inch black/yellow ground that is mounted to firewall between heater hoses and has an eyelet on other end. Does the unconnected end go to back of rockerarm cover? All my labels have come off since the start. Thanks
