Best way to lower it, would be to get a 2wd toyota pickup chassis.
But then, you would lose 4wd.
Good luck, not many people have lowered them, but i would love a lowered 1st gen 4runner to go cruising in, kinda like a 70's blazer 2wd.... sweet trucks...

no, no, no bad homeboy. sell the 4x4 to someone deserving and buy a 4x2, get an s10 or something....I dont think God would be to happy with you if you lowered a 4x4 anything, esp a great yota. thats kinda like putting a dress on john wayne, or putting clothes on eva longoria, its just wrong man!
