So I think I got it solved. I was gonna put my oil pressure gauge in(which doesnt work with my truck anyways!) But when I took that cap off the gauge to take it off, the plug wasn't connected to the pin at the top so it wasn't actually taking proper readings. I plugged it back in, and now it's reading fine. It's reading the same as it was before I did the oil change. So I must have knocked it off or it just fell off. Thanks for all the help everyone.
