Low mileage '95 4Runner!
Anyone out there interested in a low mileage '95 4Runner?
Yeah, I got tired of the growling speedo on cold mornings, so I bought a new speedo. Would you believe there aren't any speedo shops in El Paso who could adjust the mileage. I guess I have to start all over on my journey to the quarter million mile mark.
By the way, once I took the old speedo out of the cluster, it was obvious it had leaked all its lubricant, plus what was there was thick and sticky. I'm pretty sure this will cure the cold weather howling. New speedo was $200.
Oh yeah...and it's an orange needle, not the factory white.

When I had my speedo changed, I started at 0 too. The dealer put a sticker on the door jab with the milage at the time. I got about 8k miles on new odo now.
