Low idle

Ever since I had the timing belt replaced a couple years ago I've had a low idle on my 93 v6 pickup. It hasn't really concerned me too much since it doesn't get driven very much, but I should probably get it fixed.
The truck starts perfect, and runs great, but when warmed up wants to idle around 250. It's low enough that when you push in the clutch as your coming to a stop that the power goes out momentarily for the brakes. It won't die and will sometimes kick back up to 500-750. You can still take off from a stop light with out stepping on the gas but...
Last time it was in for an oil change at the dealer I had them check it out. They thought maybe a vacuum line got switched around and so they thought they fixed it but they did not. I haven't been back.
What are your thoughts? O2 sensor, spark plugs, wires, pcv valve, vacuum line?
Seems like the truck is too old for the Toyota tech to figure it out since he can't hook up his laptop to it. Lol
Thanks in advance for the help!

Have you attempted to change the idle with the idle air adjustment screw??? How high is the cold idle when first started up???

Could it really be that simple?
I'll try it tomorrow and let you know.
At first start it's around 1100-1200.

Yes it is that simple. But do it once the vehicle warms up.
