Lost Power--Help

Lost Power--Help
I have a 1989 Toyota pickup with the 22RE. My header pipe came loose from the exhaust manifold, I noticed the loss in power immediately. I replaced all the exhaust manifold gaskets and the "donuts" between the header pipe and manifold. I still have pretty much no power for climbing hills or even any "get up and go" power on the flats. Is it possible that I might have done some valve damage? I replaced the spark plugs they were pretty lean and light colored. It just seems that this loss of power came when the header pulled apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

checked the cat today--its not clogged--still thinking I might have done valve damage. It starts and idles fine, just loss of power on hills. Someone else said fuel filter, it might just be coincidence that the fuel system got clogged about the same time that pipe blew apart.
