Location of front differential fill plug

I know this may sound like a stupid question to some but, could anyone tell me where the fill plug is on the front differential on my 86 4Runner? Or if there is a website with a diagram or something that would be helpful. It has manual hubs, if it's not in 4wd does the front differential even turn? I can see the drain plug, obviously but I cannot seem to fnd te filler. thanks

Nevermind I just saw the fill plug, right on the front, It's dark and I just noticed it leaking tonight. Still though, could I drive it with no oil in it as long as I don't put it in 4 wheel?

yeah, it'll be fine as long as you don't lock your hubs in.
