Load Proportion/ABS or both?

Not having a hoist and time was tight I took the 94 4x4 to a shop for brake work to safety. As expected, they pulled the quick and nasty, running lines hither and yon to avoid bending. Now that I have the engine compartment mainly stripped and pressure washed doing the head gaskets, I see the extent to which they Jerry Rigged it. The lines to the actuator under the PS Pump are totally eliminated from use. One goes way back and just ends in rust, the other ends the same at the Tee mount bracket @ torsion bar area.
All that is actually connected is one line each from the "Tee" and the "L". They go to the back and go into a Tee which goes in to a flex line that goes to rearend housing.
I think I can see with what is left of rusted ends which one goes from actuator to the back and which one should go from actuator to the Tee. Some pics in threads help too.
Question is; what is supposed to be at rear on this truck? Is there supposed to be Load Valve AND ABS or just ABS? If the latter, what should lines look like at rearend?
It has a speed sensor. There is the two hole bracket on rearend for shackle mount but nothing else. It is 94 Xtra cab that came with mag rims and 30 something inch tires.
