Just smack yourself in the side of the head real good. Then, it will all make sense! You know....smack on/ smack off?

i think i have everything i need to do that
i have an efi intake exaust manifold fuel tank
entire wire harness from front to back
btw its out of a 4runner
turnin truck into 4runner do you know if i can use the carb fuel lines
I'd say no. EFI is a pressurized system and I believe the fittings will be different. But, then I've never had a carb'd Toy, so can't say for sure as I don't know what the fittings actually look like.

If you're going to EFI, you'll need the entire top end. Plus, sensors, ECU, relays, fuses and panels, and I believe even fuel pump. Not sure on that, but I believe the wiring is different.

On the '90....
You can temporarily plug the EGR vacuum line with a BB or something similar to see if that changes things. Otherwise, test the engine coolant sensor on the front of the motor.
