I'm going to go ahead and guess your getting about 10mpg-13mpg... right? Well thats about all your going to get out of that set up you got. Toyota and or NGK plugs? OEM Wires? Tun-up? Air filter? Fuel filter? Increase tire pressure? Make it abnout 40psi. Make sure there are not vac leaks and or exhaust leaks....

header, fancy up your intake, bigger exhaust, get rid of the cat if you can, tune up. royal purple is supposed to give you a few more MPG.

nah royal purple is just as good as any oil and those dang dumb turd commercials are wrong.... if your truck is running convenional oil keep running it cause toyota said too and ur truck is used to it.... #2 toss those garbage plugs in the trash and get some NGK's....NOW! It will help trust me.... headers would help for power and not so much on mpg's.... the stock intake is on there now and leave it there.... you could get a k&N "filter" to go in your stock airbox and help a bit..... otherwise man just live with it...

convert to manual hubs. Take out all unnecessary junk in the vehicle. have a lighter right foot. Dont let your overweight friends ride with you.

Sorry to break the news, but changing the side graphics aren't going to get you better MPG.

Lol. On that note...what engine is it?

yeah, speaking of the lift, i noticed the ass end was sitting more to one side. realized the problem was with the coil springs(lift) and the panhard bar. had to fab up a drop down bracket for the panhard bar. helped get the rear axle back inline......

the 3.4 swap would gain you mpg and power.
convert your truck to a manual and you'll be golden with 4.88s and 33"s

4.88 is considered under-geared for autos and 33s in the YotaTech place. Too bad you can't re-gear the factory 4.88s. You could sell them and get bukoo money for them though, then buy new diffs and put in 5.29s.

Could it be "winter gas" causing bad MPG? I have the 22re, and every winter I get bad gas mileage. Summer is great, 23 MPG. But in winter it always drops to about 18. I started tweaking and changing parts because I thought something was wrong. Nothing was wrong, just bad gas. Parts were all fine. I just finished getting everything working and the CEL off.

Is there even such a thing as "bad winter gas" ?

14mpg?

if it were stock, you might get about 4 more mpg, lol

it's a 4wd SUV, not a Honda or something so don't expect to get AMAZING mpg numbers
