a 3" BL is not really the best way to get 3" of lift, sure it does get it, but it is prone to breaking, and gets no performance gains other than the ability for larger tires, it doesnt even net you any ground clearance cause your diffs and frame and everything are still WAY down there where they have always been... no offense but you may want to do a little homework on lifts first. Even spacers and AAL's are better than 3" BL.

I have a 95 4runner and I have the performance accessories 3 inch body lift on my truck. My truck had to be professionally installed in order for it to work which means you might have to pay some extra in labor. Anyway I think the performance accessories kit is a solid kit and is def a good set up for your ride. The only question I have is what is your reason for wanting the lift? I wanted mine mainly for bigger tires and such. But if you dont want bigger tires, then I would go with a suspension lift. The suspension lift will lift your WHOLE vehicle, and not just the body of the truck. The only down fall of a suspension lift is that they can easily run around 800-1000 bucks if not more, especially for yotas. I guess it all depends on what you want out of the lift. I hope this helps.

He means he wouldn't get a 3" BL but rather get a 1". I agree.
Unless you lift your gas tank and drive train too, a 3" BL is stupid.

Read some good info here... http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/ProductLine.shtml

Are you going to regear with those 35" tires?

If you don't regear, your truck will be about as fast as bicycle.

You will see a dramtic drop in performance when you go to 35's unless you regear.

Yeah I second that, 31s will be fine to drive in, I currently have 33s and man there is quite a bit of change in the RPM, needless to say when I go to 35s, I will def have to have my gears changed up.

If you want to run a good tire size stock. Try searching for 33x10.50s. I'm running those on my truck completely stock. I have been very happy with them. There aren't many companies out there, but BFG's have always been nice to me over 3 trucks.

They even make a 35x10.50 in SSR . . . Just to let you know.

I'd search around the boards. There are lots of things such as spacers and aal/shackles that can do a good lift vs a 3inch body lift. You could also with a 2inch body lift and 2inch drivetrain (along with gas tank) lift. This is a great site with lots of information. If you want any other info then check out www.toyotaoffroad.com They are great people too.

I completely agree with no body lift. They suck! I had a 2" BL on my 94 P/U and a 2" suspension lift,Torsions and AAL. I liked going fast offroad and man; the cab and entire truck would shake so bad. Now on the road if I hit a pot hole, I think to myself damn I wish I never put that stupid BL on. Now the truck sits until I can take care of it, only drive my runner these days. Good luck.
