LCE 22re complete intake

You have to upgrade everything else that makes the engine breathe or you won't get much benefit from using that.

Personally, I'd just do the work myself and save the ≈$300 difference.

Not everyone has the tools or knowhow to accomplish that task.

If you have to replace the intake anyways, this is a worthwhile upgrade. However, it will be much more effective with a good exhaust, cam, and moving the battery/intake tubing around for better and cooler air.

all it is, is a port matched intake waste if money trust me you'll get maybe about .7hp and maybe 2foot# thats about it save your money for something your going to really need

Have you looked into the downey one yet? I had it and was pleased with quality and performance.

you better already have- head work/cam/ intake/header/exhaust/afm tweakand a TB and then i guess if you had some extra $$ lying around go for it.

So pretty much no. I should just save up for a SBC and drop it in. Seems like a modded 22re is pretty spendy. I don't know though. Maybe I'll just put it all back together stock.

yea a modded 22re isnt cheap but it will last longer and get better gas milage than a SBC (i get 20-22mpg on my modded 22re)
