Is this the knock sensor harness?

I had to replace the power steering pump hose and when I did I knocked this wire out of the connector. After doing a little research I thought it was the knock sensor harness. I ordered one and it doesn’t fit (all the reviews say direct fit) and it’s really short. I’m not sure what those wires go to now. Does anyone know what this is? I do know my engine has started running like crap ever since I broke it.

I'll bet you intended to attach some photos. Give it another try.

Then you should have code 71. That will dramatically retard the ignition timing to save the engine. "run like crap."

I don’t have and OBD1 to check and there is currently no light (doesn’t mean there isn’t a code). I did try splicing the temp sensor and the wires that go back to Ecu. I unhooked the negative terminal for a couple of minutes to try and reset it and I still have no luck. I am not sure why I cannot add an attachment. I have tried multiple times. As soon as I hit the upload button after selecting the image it goes back to this page.

Is is there a different way of resetting the ecu once the connection is re-established or am I going about this the wrong way? Thank you again for all of your help
