Knock/Clunk Noise coming from IFS?

Hey guys, i searched around but could not find exactly what im looking for. Maybe im not searching the rights words..

For the last year or two, getting progressively worse, i have had this clunk/knock noise coming from my front wheel area when coming to a stop. Like the weight is shifting something in my IFS back. Then when i release the breaks and start creeping forwards, the pressure is released as well and i can hear it shift back making another clunk/knock noise.

Im assuming its some worn bushing/pivot but wanted to ask you guys where i should start? Or what your first impressions are. Thanks for taking a read!

jack up the front end and start pulling/pushing/turning the suspension but for my money there are a few things to address first 1 balljoints 2 check the caliper bolts and make sure they're snug 3 rotors are they warped and do you get a pulsation when braking. check that stuff and come back with some results

Just replaced my rotors, pads and checked the calipers when i did that, so they should be good.

Yea i just replaced the rotors/pads a few months ago. It has been making this noise for the last year or two, just more annoying now. I recently moved to San Francisco.. so thats probably why im noticing it more. Feel like im driving my truck into the ground just trying to get around that place. Not a fan so far..

hmm so i jacked it up, pushed and pull, turned and twisted. Kinda hard to make anything move around as if it was loose. Frustrating guess the next step is to check out theball joints when i have time.
