it just wont start

i need some help my '95 4runner 3.0 v6 just wont start it truns over, has good compression, fuel and spark. WHAT ITS THE PROBLEM? I just replaced the motor it ran for my emission inspection, drove me home, and then it just wouldn't ever start again. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Maybe the engine jumped a tooth or two on the timing belt.

check the AFM. I had all those symptoms once and it turned out to be loose connection in AFM.
