Just Swapped and won't start.. seems electrical plase help

So I ended up getting a set of 32s to replace the stock tires and ended up putting them on last night instead of swapping out the auto harness for the 5 speed one. At least now i have more room underneath!

It Runs!! And runs great.
I unplugged the wiring harness that came with the engine and hooked my original one back up, hooked all my lines back up and compared them to some photos that i found on here and it fired up first try.
Thanks everyone for all your help.
Now I'm going to take the stock running boards off and maybe look at upgrading my suspension...
