Its happening..

Spent a butt ton of cash on my next paint job, had to run to Salina (30 Min. Away) To get four cans of paint, three at Walmart, one at Autozone, and to Junction City (20 Min. Away) to get five cans at Walmart, and then another one at Autozone where I live, friggin rediculous.. Anyways I started doing bodywork today, took off the doors and hood and got everything painted but the outside, gonna do that when I get off work tomorrow at five... Here's some teasers, I'll post the real deal tomorrow nite, or Tuesday.

My buddy Dave and I think it looks like a bear doing something suggestive.. Since its PG around here I'll let you guys use your imaginations, and that shape was NOT planned..

How the !@#$ do I get this off? I pried at it forever but I don't want to break it!

Well... looks like a fish to me, albeit one with a very short dorsal fin.
... either that or a really long freeze plug.

Do you know if you can access the screws that hold it in place from inside the cab? I was curious too, but too lazy to pull the inside of my truck apart. I'll probably just end up taping it off.

Yeah I taped it last time but I'd like to paint behind it and it pisses me off!

Hey... I was giving you alternative explanations. I could very well have mentioned some device... but plugging () my way of thinking apparently isn't working.

You have to move it up or down then turn some things underneath it. It's been a while but try sliding it up or down (i think down)

A little over a gallon. Not to mention the fiberglass matting holding the bed together.

Regardless, that is a sweet rig. I can't decide what color to paint the 4Runner. I don't know what the previous owners were thinking...
