Intermittent slight vibration from front drivers side wheel.

I rebuilt the brake calipers and replaced the front rotors on my girlfriends 1992 4x4 4Runner due to harsh vibrations when braking and a dragging passenger side caliper. While I had things taken apart I repacked the bearings but didnt actually take the inner bearings out to inspect them because I didn’t have a set of inner seals in case I damaged the ones in there currently. Slapped everything back together and followed some torque spec directions I found on a forum that doesn’t require the special tool Toyota suggests. Directions are as follows: tighten spindle nut to 43 ft lb, spin hub 5 times to right, 5 times to left, loosen spindle nut, spin hub 5 times to right, spin hub 5 times to left, repeat steps again and then torque to 21 ft lb. Everything seemed to have worked out well, brake issues were gone, everything felt perfect but about a week later we started noticing a very slight intermittent vibration at the beginning of a drive, it disappeared almost as if the things warming up made it go away. It’s not a harsh vibration, almost feels like what I would imagine running the bearings too little grease might feel/sound like. I thought maybe the torque routine wasn’t done properly so I retorqued the front driver spindle nuts and it seemed like the issue went away for a day or two but then it showed up again. First very short and sporadic instances but then on subsequent drives seemed to last longer and longer. I went in and cleaned out the outer bearing in case some grit got in and repacked it. Again I neglected to check out the inner bearing due to a lack of wheel seal, I just stuffed a little grease in and threw it back on. Once again seemed like the problem was resolved for a day or two until now my girlfriend says she heard/felt it again today. I think I will go ahead and pick up a seal today and finally give the inner bearing a thorough inspection and repack it with new grease. Anything else I should be looking for in there that might be causing this issue? I wondered if the cv axle could be going out and doing this work made it start acting up but I don’t know if tightening the spindle nut would have fixed the noise for a few days if it were in fact the cv axle making the sound/vibration.
