Interior rehab

So what is everyone using to replace door and interior panels? My doors are beat up, mids are still there rear panels are gone. Thanks

I gave up looking for rear panels. I started rehabbing with oak plywood. I'm about to experiment with scraps by soaking them in water to see if I can get them to bend to the rounded area by the tailgate. The old plastic breaks if you stare too hard at it.

I replaced hidden fasteners with simple expansion nuts and screws, and dust-trapping velour with easy to clean, waterproof vinyl:
